Singapore’s Ministry of Foreign Affairs commissioned a comprehensive training programme on Big Data and Data Analytics to be delivered to senior government officials from 25 countries.
The programme needed to bridge participants with varying levels of technical background — from policy-oriented senior officials to data-oriented government analysts — while remaining practically relevant to government decision-making contexts.
