Course Objectives and Learning Outcomes

This two-day intensive Artificial Intelligence workshop is designed to provide management in FMCG industry with a hands-on introduction to the real-life applications of AI, research, machine learning, and analytics across various sectors specializing in FMCG

The focus will be on hands-on experience in applying AI that can be immediately implemented in their respective environment. Participants will learn practical skills that they can immediately apply to enhance their day to day tasks and increase productivity and transformative capabilities.

The training will focus on Capstone Project that the team will have to create.

The participants will be grouped in multiple teams and will be given the opportunity to use their learnings on day 1 and create a presentation and present it to trainer. Individual feedbacks will be provided to enhance the quality of Innovation, Automation, Optimization and application of learnings in real life

o Potential benefits and risks of Gen AI.

Hands-On Activity: Setting Up Your Tools

• Guided setup of the workshop environment

Day :2 Leveraging Data and AI together

Data-Driven Decision making for FMCG Management

• Data Collection and Exploration
